Our Skilled Nursing services provide Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to care for our residents 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our short-stay and long-term residents have access to a variety of services including:
- Wound Care- drainage tubes, surgical sites, wound vacs, ostomy care, diabetic/vascular/pressure ulcers
- Pharmacy with 24 hour delivery
- Dialysis- transport to and from the dialysis center
- Diagnostics- EXG, Ultrasound, Dopplers, X-rays, Bladder Scans, Blood Glucose Monitoring
- Artificial Feedings- Gastric tubes and Nasogastric tubes with a Registered Dietitian on staff for monitoring needs
- Foley catheters and Rectal tubes
- IV Therapy- Hydration and Antibiotics
- IV placement – Certified IV Nurses who insert Peripheral, Midlines, and PICC lines at bedside
- Psychiatry and Psychology available for consultations
- Certified Nurse Practitioners
- Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Audiology, Dentistry
- Laundry Service
- Wandering prevention system for residents at risk for elopement
- Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies 7 days per week
- Social Service Coordinator- Discharge planning and transitional care coordination
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies
